Refund & Return Policy

At DishTrend, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the handmade and customized nature of many of our products, returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• The wrong product has been delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs as evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized products

• Personalized hand casting products

• Used products

• Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
