Order Processing
All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, promotional sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

DishTrend™ currently delivers to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will inform you and, where applicable, provide the appropriate resolution or refund.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on eligible orders as follows:
- Ahmedabad: Free shipping on orders of ₹1,500 or above
- Pan India: Free shipping on orders of ₹2,500 or above
For orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold, standard shipping charges may apply.
The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.
Important
Free shipping eligibility is determined based on the order value and delivery location.
For example:
- An order of ₹1,500 or above delivered within Ahmedabad qualifies for free shipping.
- An order of ₹2,500 or above delivered to other serviceable locations across India qualifies for free shipping.
- Orders below the applicable threshold may incur shipping charges.
Standard Shipping
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges may be calculated based on factors such as:

- Package Size
- Delivery Location
- Courier Service
- Delivery Serviceability
The applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before the customer completes the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking information may be provided through:

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances such as:

- Customer refusal to accept delivery
the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipment is requested, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery Delays
Although DishTrend™ strives to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

DishTrend™ / Samyak Solution will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in case of delivery delays.
However, delivery timelines may be affected by third-party courier and logistics providers.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

- Clear Product Photos
- Package Photos
- Shipping Label Photo
- Unboxing Video, if available
- Brief Description of the Issue
Your request will be reviewed in accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
DishTrend™ is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Incorrect contact number
- Customer unavailability
- Other incorrect information provided by the customer
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched, subject to the applicable order status.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Multiple Products in One Order
If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse processing, package size, or logistics requirements.
